What is a B Corp?
A B Corp is a company that’s dedicated to doing good while doing business. So the purpose goes beyond just generating profit.
It means the company meets very high standards in the 5 impact pillars of B Corps Impact Assessment namely customers, community, governance, workers and environment. The idea of a B corp certification is that companies are committed to a more responsible, liveable and more inclusive world.
How did we
become a B Corp?
To earn our B Corp certification, we underwent a rigorous assessment that evaluated our impact across various areas, including employee welfare, environmental sustainability, and community engagement.
In order to become B Corp we changed our statutes to include the interest of all stakeholders. We’re held to high standards of accountability and transparency, so you can trust that we're not just talking the talk—we’re dancing the dance. At A-dam, doing good is just as important as doing business.

It's about continuous improvement and deepening the commitment to positive impact. And, every three years we need to recertify, building on the foundation of B Corp certification.
