How can I track my order?

We process all orders within 2 working days after the order was placed. As soon as your order has been shipped you will receive an email with a tracking number (from the shipping courier). Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to appear. If you did not receive a shipping confirmation or you have questions about your order, you can always contact us via our online chat. (Tip: The shipping confirmation might have landed in your spam folder).

Can I change or update my order?

Depending on the timing of the order, it might be possible. We will try to accommodate any changes before the order is packed for shipment. Please contact our client service hero via the chat balloon on the bottom right corner and we’ll do our very best to help you.

How do I cancel my order?

Only if your order hasn’t been shipped yet, you can still cancel it. Please contact our online chat as soon as possible and we’ll help you further.

What’s your return policy?

It’s your right to return all items you have bought from www.a-dam.com, for a full refund or exchange within 30 days of receiving them. All items need to be unwashed, if underwear unworn, and sent back in original packaging with all tags attached.

What’s my size?

All of our items are true to size. If you’re a size in between, we advise you to size up. You can also find the size-chart for each specific product on all of our product pages.

What’s the status of my order?

How long does it take for my order to arrive?

When "Free Shipping" is available on your order, it will arrive within 2-4 business days. For pre-Christmas delivery, please order by:

  • Netherlands: December 20, 12:00

  • Rest of EU: December 19, 12:00

  • Switzerland & UK: December 19, 12:00

  • US: December 18, 12:00.

Note: Delivery dates are guidelines and cannot be guaranteed due to potential shipping delays.

Can I change or update my order?

Do you deliver to P.O Boxes?

We’re sorry, but P.O Boxes are not an option with us.

Do you ship to the US?

Yes! Finally we do! Enjoy your shopping!

Do you ship to Canada, Australia or Japan?

Unfortunately not yet. We’re working on more international shipping methods. Stay tuned.

Will I be charged duties and taxes?

Within the European Union no duties or taxes will apply. Handling and custom fees may apply to packages sent outside the E.U.

What if my order arrived damaged?

Whoops, that’s not supposed to happen. Please take photos of the damaged goods and get in touch with us via our online chat.

My order got lost somewhere, what can I do?

Oh no! If your order got lost in transit, please contact us as soon as you can, via our online chat.

SIZING

What's my size?

All of our items are true to size. If you’re a size in between, we advise you to size up. You can also find the size-chart on all of our product pages.

Do you have a size chart?

Yes we do! You can find the size-chart on all of our product pages.

If the items in my order don’t fit, can I return or exchange them?

Of course you can! Keep in mind all items need to be unwashed, if underwear unworn, and sent back in original packaging with all tags attached.

EXCHANGING AND RETURNS

What’s your return policy?

Over the festive season, we extend our returns period, so you have plenty of time to return any gifts that aren’t quite right. Anything purchased between 1 November and 31 December 2024 can be returned by 31 January 2025. All items need to be unwashed, if underwear unworn, and sent back in original packaging with all tags attached.

What about return shipping costs?

When you return or exchange any item, you must cover the shipping charges yourself. As soon as we receive your return, we will process your exchange or refund request. Please note that you will not be reimbursed for the original shipping costs.

How do I return or exchange one or more items from my order?

Please click here to start filling in our Digital Return Form. Have your order number ready, follow the given steps and we’ll sort out your return.
Please note that we can’t cover return shipping costs, unless a mistake was made on our side, and that you are responsible for items lost in shipping. If you have any questions regarding the process, please don’t hesitate to contact us.

Can I return online items that I purchased in a store and vice versa?

Sorry, but returning or exchanging items you bought in a store can not be done through our webshop. Also, items bought from our webshop can’t be returned or exchanged in a retail or concept store.

Can I drop off my return in person? 

If you’re in the neighbourhood, you’re always welcome to come and say hi and drop off your order.

PAYMENT

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept debit and credit cards including Visa, American Express, Mastercard, iDeal, Klarna and Paypal.

Why was my payment declined?

If one of the above payment methods was declined, contact us via our online chat and we will help you to see what went wrong.

Do you accept bank transfers?

No, unfortunately we don’t.

I have a discount code, how do I use it?

If you’ve received a discount code, you can use it when checking out, just before payment.

Can I use multiple discount codes on one order?

You can only use one per order and you can use a discount code only once.

How do I wash and care for my A-dam Boxers shorts and briefs?

We recommend a maximum washing temperature of 40°C/104°F for your boxers, though keeping the temperature at 30°C/86°F is better for your boxers and the planet. Turn your boxers inside out before washing and try to keep them away from the tumble dryer as they will last you much longer. Ironing is possible but unnecessary. Please avoid bleaching.

How do I wash and care for my A-dam Intimates?

We recommend a maximum washing temperature of 40°C/104°F for your boxers, though keeping the temperature at 30°C/86°F is better for your intimates and the planet. We advise putting your intimates in a small washing bag and try to keep them away from the tumble dryer as they will last you much longer. Wash with similar colors. Ironing is possible but unnecessary. Please avoid bleaching.

How do I wash and care for my A-dam Socks?

We recommend a maximum washing temperature of 40°C/104°F for your socks, though keeping the temperature at 30°C/86°F is better for your socks and the planet. Turn your socks inside out and button them together before washing and try to keep them away from the tumble dryer as they will last you much longer. Please avoid bleaching. Untag your new socks with care.

How do I wash and care for my A-dam Swimwear?

We recommend a maximum washing temperature of 30°C/86°F for swim shorts. Turn your swim shorts inside out before washing and try to keep them away from the tumble dryer as they will last you much longer. Please avoid ironing and bleaching. Untag your new pair of swim shorts with care.

How do I wash and care for my A-dam Sweatshirts?

We recommend a maximum washing temperature of 30°C/86°F for your Sweatshirt. Turn your Sweatshirt inside out before washing and try to keep them away from the tumble dryer as they will last you much longer. Wash with similar colors. Please avoid ironing the embroidery and avoid bleaching. Untag your new sweatshirt with care.

How do I wash and care for my A-dam Loungewear?

We recommend a maximum washing temperature of 40°C/104°F for your lounge pants, though keeping the temperature at 30°C/86°F is better for your pants and the planet. How do I wash and care for my A-dam Sweatpants?

FABRICS

Where are your products produced?

All of our products are conceived and designed in Amsterdam and produced in either China or Turkey under favorable circumstances.

What fabrics do you use?

For all products we make we’re constantly looking to source the finest materials. That’s why we use GOTS organic cotton for our Boxers, Sweatshirts and T-shirts. For our Socks we mix GOTS organic cotton with ECONYL®. And our swimwear is made from 100% recycled polyester by Waste2Wear.

What is GOTS Organic Cotton?

GOTS certified organic cotton is recognised as the world's leading processing standard for textiles made from organic fibers. Through crop rotations and natural ways of managing pesticides it helps sustain the land it is grown on. Also, more often than not, organic cotton is rain fed. All in all GOTS monitors the whole production from plant to product, using less water, chemicals and energy while treating people ethically. Making it safe for the environment, the farmers and you!

What is ECONYL®?

The ECONYL® Regeneration System kicks off with rescuing waste, like abandoned fishing nets from oceans and other nylon waste from landfills all over the world. All that waste is subsequently sorted and cleaned to recover and made into apparel and accessories. It's exactly the same as brand new nylon and can be recycled, recreated and remoulded again and again.

What is Waste2Wear?

Waste2wear is a fabric made from recycled polyester. Waste2wear spends a lot of time and energy on Research and Development to create innovative, high quality fabrics from recycled PET bottles. Since 2008 millions of plastic bottles have already been recovered by volunteers and former fishermen through projects such as the Ocean Plastic Project. All of the retrieved plastic waste gets manufactured and turned into fabric material.

What about all of the packaging?

Most of our products are packaged in planet-friendly biodegradable plastic bags, except for our boxer briefs and shorts. We’ve managed to eliminate all plastic and metal from our boxer packaging and it is now solely made from FSC certified paper.

What is FSC?

FSC stands for Forest Stewardship Council and is a non profit organization. With over 25 years of experience, FSC is the leading catalyst and defining force for improved forest management and market transformation, shifting the global forest trend toward sustainable use, conservation and restoration.
